MediaSilo is currently experiencing minor issues impacting video playback for watermarked content. There may be possible playback failures on some content that is watermarked. The issue has been identified and we are currently working on a resolution.

This incident affected: MediaSilo App (Web Application, MacOS Application, Windows Application, File Ingest, Video Playback, Image and Document Previews, Source File Download, Spotlight, SafeStream, Email Delivery, SSO, SFTP), MediaSilo GO (iOS App, Android App), and MediaSilo for tvOS.
